Course Description:
Minimum Requirements:
• the trainee must have completed primary school, at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stipulated by legislation to ensure health and safety at work,
• medical assessment for work necessary to carry out the activity,
• a valid licence for refresher training.
For the purpose of issuing licences to drivers of motor trucks, motor trucks shall be subdivided according to class, type and method of driving:
• Class I – electric trucks
• Class II – combustion engine trucks
• Type A – platform, low lifting, towing and pushing manually guided
• Type B – platform, low lifting, towing and pushing with lever steering
• Type C – platform, low lifting, towing and pushing with wheel steering
• Type D – high lifting, manually guided
• Type E – high lifting with lever steering
• Type W1 – high lifting with wheel steering till 5t load
• Type W2 – high lifting with wheel steering over 5t load
• Type G – high lifting with lift platform
• Type Z – special trucks
The issued certificate of completion of education and training shall contain the data pursuant to Section 16(5)(a) to (h) of Act No 124/2006 Coll:
The front of the licence :
• the name and registered office of the person authorised to educate and train who issued the licence. The person entitled to education and training shall also indicate the registration number of his/her authorisation,
• the registration number of the licence, certificate or document referred to in paragraph 1(b),
• the provision of the general binding legal provision under which the licence is issued,
• the activity for which the licence is issued and, where appropriate, the scope of the activity,
• the name, surname, date of birth and permanent address and photograph of the natural person to whom the licence is issued,
• the date of the final examination,
• the date and place of issue of the licence,
• the stamp and the name, surname and signature of the legal person who issued the licence.
We provide an extra service in the form of a record of your ,,Licence of motor trucks service”, where we will notify you by text message of the following:
• carrying out a re-acquaintance 1 x 36 months in accordance with Act 124/2006 Coll.
• to carry out refresher training (AOP) 1 x 5 years in accordance with Act 124/2006 Coll.
• replacement / or if lost a new ,,Licence of motor trucks service“
• the issue of a ,,Licence of motor trucks service”, which is also accepted in European Union countries.
It is also possible to carry out the motor trucks training / motor truck course (for the operation of a MOTOR TRUCKS) !!! WE ALSO CARRY OUT RETRAINING COURSES RE-PAS – THE COURSE IS PAID BY THE EMPLOYMENT BUREAU
