COURSE OF CRANE  OPERATORS AND ASSEMBLY PLATFORMS

Basic information about the course:

  • We carry out courses on all categories of cranes and assembly platforms.

  • We provide recurrent training 

  • We provide update training  1×5 years.

  • We keep records to alert you of the need for reccurent or update training by SMS,

  • The trainee must have completed primary school at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stipulated by legislation to ensure health and safety at work,
  • Medical assessment for work necessary for the activity
  • A valid licence for update training

Course Description:

Minimum Requirements:

  • The trainee must have completed primary school at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise provided for in the legislation on health and safety at work
  • Medical assessment for work necessary to carry out the activity
  • A valid licence/document for refresher training

At our company, we can provide the following courses and training on lifting equipment in cooperation with a lifting equipment inspection technician:

  • Automobile crane
  • Overhead crane
  • Gantry crane
  • Vežový žeriav
  • Power-driven mobile work platforms with a lift height of more than 1.5 m
  • Hydraulic arm operator
  • Arm loader
  • Container loader
  • Powered vertical sliding gates with lift height over 2.7 m
  • Other other types of training in consultation with the inspection technician

The participant will be issued with a “Written proof of completion of education and training according to the reserved technical lifting equipment and written proof of completion of education and training for the operation of the relevant reserved technical equipment”.

What the written document must contain:

The issued certificate of completion of education and training shall contain the information pursuant to Section 16(5)(a) to (h) of Act No.124/2006 Coll:

  • the name and registered office of the person entitled to education and training who issued the licence. The person entitled to education and training shall also indicate the registration number of his/her authorisation
  • the registration number of the licence, certificate or document referred to in paragraph 1(b)
  • the provision of the general binding legal provision under which the licence is issued
  • the activity for which the licence is issued and, where appropriate, the scope of the activity
  • the name, surname, date of birth and permanent address of the natural person to whom the licence is issued
  • the date of the final examination
  • the date and place of issue of the licence
  • the stamp and the name, surname and signature of the legal person who issued the licence.

We provide a superior service in the form of registration of your written proof of completion of education and training according to the reserved technical lifting equipment and written proof of completion of education and training for the operation of the relevant reserved technical equipment, where we will notify you by text message to:re-notification 1 x 36 months in accordance with Act 124/2006 Coll.

  • carrying out a re-acquaintance 1 x 36 months in accordance with Act 124/2006 Coll.
  • Re-notification 1 x 12 months in accordance with Decree 147/2013 Coll. ( mobile work platform operator )
  • update training 1 x 5 years in accordance with Act 124/2006 Coll.
  • replacement / or in case of loss a new written document
  • issue of a written document for the operation of selected reserved technical equipment, which is also accepted in the countries of the European Union
